5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 777rb are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for a given bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered from the bonus balance before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus value applies.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots contribute 100% of each wager staked toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games — including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette — typically contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 VIP Loyalty Programme

777rb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 777rb.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity associated with the account.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Violation of the one-account-per-player policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy described below.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion or permanent account closure.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your 777rb account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 BST business days. A closed account cannot be reopened; a new registration will be required to use the platform again, subject to eligibility.

7.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777rb will notify the account holder at the registered email address prior to applying a dormant account maintenance fee. The maintenance fee applicable to dormant accounts is ৳150 per month or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the account holder. Account reactivation requires a successful 777rb login and, in some cases, re-completion of KYC verification if documentation has expired.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777rb's aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777rb shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any economic loss, even if 777rb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

777rb makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, as well as service disruptions caused by factors outside 777rb's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or actions of third-party service providers — are excluded from the scope of platform availability commitments.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or human error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, incorrect winnings being credited, or an incorrect game outcome being recorded, 777rb reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and to rectify the account balance to reflect the correct position. 777rb will notify affected account holders by email of any material rectification applied to their account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 777rb's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 777rb; (b) death or personal injury caused by 777rb's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 777rb platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a delayed withdrawal, a bonus calculation error, or any other service issue — you should contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (such as screenshots or transaction references).
